🛂 Do I need a visa for Egypt and Jordan?+
Indian passport holders can get an Egypt e-visa / visa on arrival (confirm current rules before travel). Jordan typically needs an e-visa or visa on arrival depending on entry point. Our team shares the latest checklist and helps with applications.
🌤 What will the weather be like in December / New Year?+
Jordan winters are cool (Amman can hit ~8–15°C; Petra mornings are crisp). Egypt is mild and sunny — perfect for pyramids and the Red Sea. Pack a warm layer for Jordan nights and the Luxor balloon, plus summer clothes for Hurghada.
💱 What currency should I carry?+
Jordan uses the Jordanian Dinar (JOD); Egypt uses the Egyptian Pound (EGP). USD exchanges easily in both. Cards work in hotels; keep cash for Petra, markets, tips, and small rides.
📱 Will I get a SIM card and internet?+
Yes — we help everyone grab a local tourist SIM on arrival in Amman, then again in Egypt if needed. Hotels have Wi-Fi; desert stretches (Petra / road days) can be patchy.
🎒 What should I pack?+
Warm jacket for Jordan, light layers for Egypt, swim shorts, temple-friendly walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and one smart-casual outfit for New Year’s Eve. Soft bag recommended — we move cities often.
🚌 How do we get around during the trip?+
Jordan: rental car from Amman to Petra and back. Then we fly Amman → Cairo, Cairo → Hurghada, and bus Hurghada → Luxor → Aswan → Cairo. Every major transfer is pre-arranged.
